This Friday, March 1, NARF Staff Attorney
Heather Kendall-Miller will speak at the University of Kansas School of Law's
Tribal Law & Government Conference. Heather will speak about the impacts of
climate change in Alaska and NARF's work with Alaska Natives. Each year, KU
hosts the Tribal Law & Government Conference, which devotes significant
scholarly attention to the study of organic tribal law, modern tribal
